At Mortha Wellness, every treatment and service is delivered with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
Your comfort and satisfaction are important to us, and we are committed to transparency in how we handle bookings, cancellations, and refunds.

As our treatments are personalised, service-based, and delivered immediately, our refund policy follows fair practice guidelines for the aesthetics and wellness industry in the United Kingdom.

1 Treatments and Services

Once a treatment has been carried out, it is considered fulfilled, and therefore non-refundable.

This is because aesthetic and wellness services involve time, preparation, and materials that cannot be reversed once delivered.

However, if you experience an unexpected reaction or concern following your treatment, please contact us promptly.
We will review your case professionally and offer advice, a follow-up treatment, or corrective session where appropriate.

2 Courses and Packages

Pre-paid treatment courses and packages are non-refundable once commenced.
Sessions within a course are valid for six months from the date of purchase and may be rescheduled if notice is given in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Courses cannot be transferred to another individual or exchanged for cash value.

3 Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
They may be redeemed for any eligible treatment within their validity period.

4 Retail Products

For skincare or retail products purchased at Mortha Wellness:
  • Refunds or exchanges are available only for unopened, unused items returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
  • We cannot accept returns for opened or used products for hygiene reasons.

5 Adverse Reactions or Concerns

If you experience an adverse reaction, please contact us immediately.
Our practitioners will assess the situation and, if appropriate, offer a review or corrective appointment.
Refunds are not automatically issued for perceived dissatisfaction but are reviewed individually with fairness and professionalism.

6 Booking Deposits

non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments.
Deposits are redeemable against your treatment cost but are forfeited if:

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice is given for cancellation or rescheduling, or
  • You fail to attend your appointment.

7 Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before an appointment may incur a fee or deposit loss.
Repeated late cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

8 Promotional Offers

Refunds or exchanges are not available on promotional offers, discounted treatments, or complimentary services.
