Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 28th October 2025

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services at Mortha Wellness.
By booking an appointment, purchasing a package, or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2 Services

Mortha Wellness provides non-medical aesthetic and wellness treatments performed by trained practitioners under professional supervision.
While we collaborate with nurse-led and prescriber-supported partners for certain services, our treatments are not medical in nature.

3 Consultations

All new clients are required to attend a consultation prior to treatment.
This ensures suitability, identifies any contraindications, and sets realistic expectations.
We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

4 Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the appointment.
Deposits may be redeemed against your treatment or package unless cancelled late.

5 Cancellations and Late Arrivals

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may lead to reduced treatment time or rescheduling.

6 Refunds and Service Issues

Due to the nature of aesthetic and wellness treatments, all services are non-refundable once performed.
This policy aligns with UK consumer protection law for service-based industries.

In the event of an unforeseen reaction or concern, clients are encouraged to contact Mortha Wellness immediately for review.
Where appropriate, we may offer a complimentary check-up or corrective treatment at our discretion.

Refunds for prepaid courses, vouchers, or packages are not available once treatments have commenced.
Retail products are eligible for exchange or refund only if returned unopened and in saleable condition within 14 days of purchase.

Mortha Wellness reserves the right to make reasonable exceptions where service errors have occurred or where required by law.

7 Treatment Suitability

It is your responsibility to provide accurate information during consultation.
Failure to disclose relevant medical history or use of medication may affect your results or safety.
Mortha Wellness reserves the right to amend or refuse treatment if a risk is identified.

8 Liability

While every effort is made to ensure your safety, Mortha Wellness cannot be held liable for:

  • Reactions caused by undisclosed allergies or conditions
  • Failure to follow aftercare advice
  • Delayed healing or minor expected side effects

We hold full professional insurance appropriate to our services.

9 Promotions and Packages

All promotional offers are subject to availability and cannot be combined unless stated.
Packages must be completed within six months of purchase.
Prices are subject to change with notice.

10 Intellectual Property

All content, text, design, and images on this website are the property of Mortha Wellness Ltd.
Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
