At Mortha Wellness, all IV and IM treatments are carried out under the guidance of a qualified prescriber through our partnership with Doctor Wellness.
This ensures that every formulation is safe, accurate, and individually suited to your wellness needs.

Rather than viewing this as a delay, we consider it part of our Gold Standard Wellness Protocol — a process that prioritises your safety, precision, and long-term results.

You’ll begin with an in-person or online consultation at Mortha Wellness to discuss your goals and complete your wellness assessment.

Same day

2. Prescriber Review & Personalised Formulation

Your consultation notes are securely reviewed by our prescribing clinician, who then issues a personalised prescription for your vitamins.

Within 24–48 hours

3. Delivery & Scheduling

Your prescribed IV or IM formulation is dispatched directly to Mortha Wellness through MHRA-approved channels.

1–2 working days

4. Treatment Appointment

Once your products arrive, we’ll contact you to schedule your session. You’ll then enjoy your treatment in a calm, comfortable environment.

2–3 days after Step 1

For Course Clients

If you’re following a course of IV or IM sessions (for example, 3 or 6 sessions),
you’ll only need to complete your prescriber consultation once.
Your prescription remains valid for the entire duration of your course, allowing you to book follow-up sessions freely and conveniently.
